Getzler Henrich

The announcement comes in conjunction with the opening of Getzler Henrich’s new Atlanta office, which will be the firm’s second southeast US location after opening its Charlotte, North Carolina office less than two years ago. More information on the Atlanta office will be announced in mid-March. Mr. Howard, whose industry experience includes the automotive, transportation, food and agribusiness, retail, textile, and general manufacturing sectors, has served as Chief Executive Officer Chief Financial Officer, Chief Restructuring Officer, and Chief Operating Officer in many companies ranging in size from $10 million to $2 billion. “Tony’s extensive industry expertise and his proven track record in our industry will be instrumental in driving Getzler Henrich through its next stage of growth in the southeast,” said Joel Getzler, vice chairman of Getzler Henrich. “It is an exciting time for Getzler Henrich, and we look forward to Tony’s involvement and leadership.” Prior to joining Getzler Henrich, Mr. Howard was a director at Huron Consulting Group and previous to that, had held senior level executive positions at two well-known regional restructuring firms. He also has been a lender and investment banker, working with financially and operationally distressed companies. Mr. Howard has a bachelor of science in economics from the University of Kentucky, and completed the executive management program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He serves as president of the Atlanta Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and is a frequent speaker and author on various turnaround and restructuring issues.
